Please note that a processing fee of 770 Japanese Yen (including tax) per request will be charged for personal information disclosure.

10. Correction, Addition, or Deletion of Personal Information
If our company receives a request from a customer under the Personal Information Protection Act to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) personal information because it is inaccurate, we will, after confirming that the request comes from the customer themselves, conduct the necessary investigation without delay and make corrections to the personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. We will then notify the customer of the results. (If a decision is made not to make the corrections, the customer will also be notified accordingly.) However, this does not apply where our company is not obligated to make corrections under the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws and regulations.

11. Suspension of Use of Personal Information
If a customer requests the suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "suspension, etc.") of their personal information pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, on the grounds that the information has been handled beyond the scope of the disclosed purposes of use or was obtained through fraudulent or other improper means, and if it is determined that the request has merit, our company will promptly carry out the suspension, etc., of the personal information after confirming that the request is made by the customer themselves. We will then notify the customer of the action taken. However, this does not apply in cases where our company is not obligated to carry out such suspension, etc., under the Personal Information Protection Law or other applicable laws and regulations.
