The maximum quantity you can purchase for each product per order is 99 items.
You can use credit card payments, virtual accounts payment (bank transfer), or convenience store payments. Note that when choosing the virtual account payment(bank transfer) option, the transfer fees will be borne by the customer. For subscription orders, only credit card payments are accepted (virtual account payment (bank transfers) and convenience store payments are not available).
Our company uses the payment processing service provided by GMO Epsilon, Inc. After placing an order, you will be redirected to the Epsilon payment screen to complete the payment.
To ensure secure payments, your information is transmitted through the Epsilon site using SSL (128-bit) encryption, and credit card information is strictly managed by Epsilon. Our site does not store any credit card details.
For virtual account (bank transfer) payments, account details will be provided by Epsilon.
●Credit Card Payments
Payment will be confirmed within two days of the order date.
However, for subscription contracts, the first payment will also be confirmed within two days of the order date. From the second payment onward, payment will be confirmed two business days after the cut-off date (e.g., for deliveries scheduled on the 15th of a specific month, payment will be confirmed after the 7th of the same month; for deliveries on the 28th, payment will be confirmed after the 20th of the same month).
●Virtual Accounts (bank transfer) Payments
Payment must be completed within 30 days of placing the order.
●Convenience Store Payments
Payment must be completed within 10 days of placing the order.
Once payment is confirmed, products will be shipped within five business days. For subscriptions, shipments will be made based on your selected delivery cycle after the second shipment. (Product ownership transfers to the customer when the product is handed over to the delivery carrier.)
For subscription orders, the purchase quantity per product is also limited to 99 items per product.
If a product does not conform to the terms of the sales contract in terms of type, quality, or quantity (hereinafter referred to as "non-conformity"), you may request a return within one month of receiving the product. This is applicable only if you contact our support center with photos of the product and details of the non-conformity and return the product along with the receipt issued by the delivery company. For returns due to non-conformity, we will offer either an exchange or compensation, limited to the product's price. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs, so please return the item using cash on delivery.
We do not accept cancellations or returns for customer-related reasons once the product has been shipped. If payment was made via credit card, customers can cancel the order if submitted through the cancellation form on the website within 12 hours of the order being placed. Cancellation is not allowed for virtual account payments (bank transfer) or convenience store payments.
  Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time. However, if a notice is not submitted at least eight days before the product’s delivery date, the cancellation will take effect after the next scheduled delivery.
