Payment Methods
You can choose from the following payment methods
・Credit Card Payment
・Virtual Account (Bank Transfer) (Prepayment)
・Convenience Store Payment (Prepayment)

※Please note that only credit card payments are available for subscription orders.
※Our shop uses the payment processing service provided by GMO Epsilon, Inc.
Credit Card Payment
VISA / Master Card / Diners Club / JCB / American Express
GMO Epsilon, Inc. handles the credit card processing for our shop.
Your credit card information is encrypted and protected using SSL technology.
You can cancel your order through the order history on My Page within 12 hours of order confirmation.
Debit cards and prepaid credit cards are also accepted.

※In some cases, payment may be declined by your card provider.
If this happens, please try using a different credit card or another payment method.
Virtual Account (Bank Transfer) (Prepayment)
Our shop uses the virtual account service provided by GMO Epsilon, Inc.
A virtual account (bank transfer) is a secure payment method where a one-time account number (virtual account) is generated for each order, allowing safe transactions.
After confirming your order, you will receive an email from GMO Epsilon, Inc. containing the following details: Bank Name / Bank Code / Branch Name / Branch Code / Account Number / Account Name / Account Expiry Date
Please make your payment using your financial institution or online banking. Bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
The validity period for the issued virtual account is 30 days. If payment is not confirmed within 30 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within five business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and New Year holiday).

※The account number differs for each order.
※Cancellations cannot be made after your order is confirmed.
※Please note that payments cannot be completed after the expiry date listed in the "Bank Transfer (Virtual Account) Payment Information" email.
※If you make a payment outside your financial institution's business hours, the deposit may not be reflected before the account expiry date. This may result in automatic cancellation. For more details, please contact your financial institution.

【How to Make a Payment Using Major Bank ATMs】
■ Mizuho Bank
1.Select "Transfer" (お振り込み).
2.Choose either "Cash" or "Cash Card".
3.On the financial institution selection screen, choose "Trust Bank" (信託銀行).
4.Select the first letter of the bank name, "Shi" (し).
5.Choose "GMO Aozora Net Bank".
6.Enter the first character of the branch name.
7.Select the branch name.
8.Select "Ordinary" (普通).
9.Enter the account number.
10.Confirm the details.

■ SMBC (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation)
1.Select "Transfer" (お振り込み).
2.Choose whether the "Anti-Scam Warning" applies to you or not (あてはまる / あてはまらない).
3.Choose a transaction option such as "Card" or "Cash".
4.Enter your phone number.
5.Enter your customer ID.
6.Input the amount.
7.Enter the name of the sender.
8.On the financial institution selection screen, choose "Other" (その他).
9.Select the first letter of the bank name, "Shi" (シ).
10.Choose "GMO Aozora Net Bank".
11.Enter the first character of the branch name.
12.Select the branch name.
13.Choose "Ordinary" (普通).
14.Enter the account number.
15.Input the transfer amount.
16.Confirm the details.

■ Mitsubishi UFJ Bank
1.Select "Transfer" (お振り込み).
2.Choose either "Cash" or "Cash Card".
3.(For cash payments) Enter your phone number.
4.Enter the user ID.
5.Specify the recipient.
6.Enter the sender's name.
7.Choose "Other Financial Institutions" (その他金融機関).
8.Select the bank.
9.Select the first letter of the bank name, "Shi" (し).
10.Choose "GMO Aozora Net Bank".
11.Enter the first character of the branch name.
12.Select the branch name.
13.Choose "Ordinary" (普通).
14.Enter the account number.
15.Confirm the details.

■ Japan Post Bank
1.Insert your cash card or passbook
2.Select "Bank Transfer"
3.On the financial institution selection screen, choose "Trust Bank"
4.Select "English Letters" next to the 50-syllable Japanese characters
5.Choose "G"
6.Select "GMO Aozora Net Bank"
7.Enter the first letter of the branch name
8.Select the branch name
9.Choose "Ordinary Account"
10.Enter the account number
11.Confirm the details
(For those using Yucho Direct, check "All Financial Institutions," then enter "ジ" (Ji) in full-width katakana and press the search button.)

■ Yokohama Bank
1.Select "Bank Transfer"
2.Choose "Cash" or "Cash Card"
3.Select "Other Banks"
4.Choose the first letter of the bank name: "シ" (Shi)
5.Select "GMO Aozora Net Bank"
6.Enter the first letter of the branch name
7.Select the branch name
8.Choose "Ordinary Account" → 9.Enter the account number → 10.Enter the transfer amount → 11.Confirm the details

■ Seven Bank
If the partner bank of the Seven Bank ATM includes transfers to other banks in its services, you can make a transfer using the partner bank's cash card. Currently, the following banks support transfers:

Convenience Store Payment (Prepayment)

After confirming your order, we will send you the payment information via email.
Payments can only be made in cash.
There are no payment processing fees.
Please complete your payment within 10 days of order confirmation. If payment is not confirmed within 10 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Once your payment is confirmed, we will ship the product within 5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and New Year holidays).

※Cancellations cannot be made after your order is confirmed.

Shipping Fees
Products will be shipped via Yamato Transport.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
If purchase only one refill pouch product, it will be shipped via TA-Q-BIN Compact.
If your total order amount is 5,000 JPY (tax included) or more, shipping will be free of charge.
All subscription orders include free shipping.

※No additional fees will be charged for deliveries to remote islands.

About Product Delivery
You can specify the delivery address before confirming your order.
Once payment is confirmed, products will be shipped within 5 business days.
(For virtual account (bank transfer) and convenience store payments, products will be shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation.)
Delivery dates cannot be specified.
For delivery time, please select your preferred time when placing your order.

※If the delivery address is in Okinawa, remote islands, or mountainous areas, additional time may be required for delivery.
※Product shipments are only processed on our business days. Please check the business day calendar for details.

About Invoices
Customers who place orders via virtual account (bank transfer) can issue invoices from the order history section in My Page.

※Information such as the transfer destination and payment deadline is not included on the invoice. Please refer to the "Bank Transfer (Virtual Account) Account Information" email sent by GMO Epsilon, Inc. (our payment processing company).
※The invoice download period is available for up to 2 years from the shipping date. Please be aware of this in advance.
About Delivery Notes/Receipts
You can access delivery notes and receipts from the order history section in My Page after the product has been shipped.
Please note that receipts can only be downloaded once.
You can edit the recipient name and remarks on the receipt at the time of download.

※Please be aware the download period for delivery notes and receipts is up to 2 years from the shipping date.
Cancellations
Cancellations for credit card payments are allowed within 12 hours of order confirmation.

※For virtual account (bank transfer) and convenience store payments, cancellations are not allowed, even within 12 hours.
Returns
Due to the nature of the product (hygiene products), returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted after the product has been shipped.
If your product has a defect, we will exchange it for the same item. Please report the issue within one month of delivery and send us photos and details at the email address below.

If you did not receive the product
If you refuse to accept the product due to your own reasons, the costs for round-trip shipping, packaging materials, and labor will be considered damages. These will be charged as "Shipping and Return Handling Fees." Please make the payment promptly after receiving the invoice. Additionally, refusal to accept the product may result in the cancellation of the sales contract.
Delivery schedule for subscription orders
【First Delivery】
The first delivery will be shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation.

【From the Second Delivery Onward】
Subsequent deliveries will be made regularly based on your chosen cycle and preferred delivery date.
You can choose Cycles from : [Every 1 month], [Every 2 months], [Every 3 months] and Delivery dates from :[15th] or [28th] of each cycle
Payment methods for subscription orders
Credit card payments are accepted.
Payment is available in a single installment only.
※Please note that to update your credit card information, please complete the process via the "Credit Card Information" section in My Page at least 8 days before the next scheduled delivery date.
Shipping Fees for Subscription Orders
All subscription orders come with free shipping.
Canceling the first subscription order
The first subscription order can be cancelled within 12 hours after order confirmation.
Please cancel via the order history section in My Page.

※Cancellations cannot be made from the subscription order list in My Page.
Subscription delivery cycles
You can choose from the following delivery cycles: [Every 1 month], [Every 2 months], [Every 3 months].
Preferred delivery dates can be selected as [15th] or [28th] of each cycle.

【Changing the subscription delivery cycle】
The delivery cycle or preferred delivery date can be changed from the delivery after the next.
Please complete the changes via the "Order History > Subscription List" section in My Page at least 8 days before the next scheduled delivery date.

※Changes cannot be made to the delivery cycle or delivery date for the next scheduled delivery.
Delivery time for subscription orders
You can choose a delivery time from the following options: [Morning, 14:00–16:00, 16:00–18:00, 18:00–20:00, 19:00–21:00]

【Changing the delivery time for subscription orders】
Please complete the changes via the "Order History > Subscription List" section in My Page at least 8 days before the next scheduled delivery date.
Quantity for subscription orders
You can select up to 99 items per delivery.

【Changing the quantity for subscription orders】
You can adjust the delivery quantity to match your monthly usage.
Please complete the changes via the "Order History > Subscription List" section in My Page at least 8 days before the next scheduled delivery date.
Skipping the next subscription delivery
If you want to skip the next delivery, you can use the skip option.
Please complete the changes via the "Order History > Subscription List" section in My Page at least 8 days before the next scheduled delivery date.

※If you miss the deadline (8 days before the next scheduled delivery), the skip will apply to the delivery after the next.
※Once the skip process is completed, it cannot be cancelled.
Pause or resume subscription orders
You can pause or resume your subscription through My Page.

【Pausing subscription orders】
You can pause your subscription after the first delivery.
Please complete the changes via the "Order History > Subscription List" section in My Page at least 8 days before the next scheduled delivery date.

※If the product specifications change or the product is discontinued, resuming the subscription may not be possible.
※If you miss the deadline (8 days before the next delivery), the pause will apply from the delivery after the next.

【Resuming subscription orders】
To resume, go to My Page > Order History > Subscription List.
The first delivery after resuming will be shipped within 5 business days.
(Shipping preparation will begin after confirmation of payment with your registered credit card.)
From the second delivery onward, items will be delivered according to your preferred cycle.
Cancelling a subscription (Mid-Term)
To cancel a subscription(Mid-Term), complete the process via My Page > Order History > Subscription List at least 8 days before the next delivery (deadline dates below).
For deliveries on the 15th, the deadline is the 7th of the same month.
For deliveries on the 28th, the deadline is the 20th of the same month.

※If you miss the deadline, the cancellation will apply from the delivery after the next.
※Once cancellation is completed, it cannot be undone.
About changing the delivery address
You can update the delivery address via My Page > Order History > Subscription List.
Specify the address for each subscription order.

※Please complete the changes via the "Order History > Subscription List" section in My Page at least 8 days before the next scheduled delivery date.
Updating payment information
Credit card details can be updated via My Page > Credit Card Information.

※Please complete updates at least 8 days before the next delivery.
